Hi Nancy, thank you thank you! I've done some digging for local woodcut classes as well. Unfortunately there aren't many here in Michigan, though some of the colleges offer individual classes you could take. CMU, Kalamazoo and Northwestern all have printmaking classes which could include woodcut. If you have a chance to make a trip out East in the summer, I highly recommend Don Gorvett's week long workshop. He is a master and it's a wonderful setting being able to carve on the wharf.
